If you encrypt COMPANY and export / purge / import then try to access Randolph
Fauntleroy or Linda T Rabinowitz's employee record. These names are 19 and 18 characters
long and both cause a crash. James A Arblaster is 17 characters and does not crash but
if you change his name to James A Arblaster1 then he does crash on decryption.
