odbc gets its timeout values from windows\sir.ini not "my documents"\sir.ini

DETAILS 
 The SIR ODBC driver gets its time out values from windows\sir.ini and not from the
 sir.ini in the documents folder.
EXAMPLE PROGRAM 



WORKAROUND


 Set the required timeouts using sir2002 or by editing windows\sir.ini  and changing the
 [odbc] ctout,stout and rtout values.
