Secondary Indexes can become corrupt after much master updating

DETAILS 
 After adding many thousand secondary indexed records through master then the
 index can become corrupt.
EXAMPLE PROGRAM

            LEVEL 1 PRU - 25 ENTRIES - 2 COUNT - 2603 CURRENT ENTRY - 2
             LEVEL 2 PRU - 358 ENTRIES - 84 COUNT - 23 CURRENT ENTRY - 39
              Datablock count - 0 Datablock pru - 229
WORKAROUND
Rebuild the indexes after this sort of update
